Fun Water Activities to do in Florida

Looking for something new and exciting to try in Florida besides going to the beach? You've came to the right place. Here is a list of inexpensive water activities you can try this summer in Florida!

Devil's Den Prehistoric Spring

Devil's Den is located in Williston, FL and offers snorkeling and scuba diving in the underwater cave. Devil's Den is a prehistoric underwater cave that has been home to ancient animal fossils and rock formations that date back to the Pleistocene Age. The spring also has a 120ft surface diameter and a maximum depth of 54ft.

Siesta Key Paddleboards

Siesta Key Paddle-boarding

This place is located right by Siesta Key Beach and offers rentals for kayaks and paddle boards. I had the opportunity to paddle down the canal and see mangroves, fish, and manatees. I'm not going to lie I kind of freaked out when I saw the manatees because they are HUGE. It was still an overall great experience that I would recommend for anyone.

Key West Sebago Water Sports

If you're looking for an all day water sports adventure then Sebago is definitely the way to go! Sebago Water Sports offers an all day boat adventure package that includes jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, snorkeling, water trampoline, kayaking, full breakfast, lunch, and alcoholic drinks for just under $200! I went with a group of people at the time so we received a group rate of just $120 per person. The staff is also amazing and super nice! The adventure trip is all day from 9am -4pm. I have paid almost $200 for just jet skiing and parasailing alone so  booking a trip with Sebago is definitely worth the price!
